Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the distance from our shipping location in Houston, TX (77024).
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Our fulfillment team works quickly and does not handle customer communication, so we may be unable to make changes once an order has been placed.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided at checkout and cannot offer refunds for these orders. If an order is returned to us (“Return to Sender”), we’re happy to send you an invoice for a new shipping label and resend the order once the invoice is paid.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
All USPS shipments include insurance. If your package is lost, stolen, or delayed, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for any shipping issues.
