We’re so excited you’re spending Valentine’s Day with us at our CityCentre studio. Valentine’s is one of our busiest weekends of the year, so please review the details below before you arrive.
♥ Confirm Your Location
Please double-check that your reservation is for CityCentre (Town & Country) by reviewing your order confirmation email. Both studios are fully booked and we will not be able to transfer reservations if you arrive at the wrong location.

We are located on the second floor. Take the escalator or elevator between Grimaldi’s Pizza and West Elm, and you'll find us right upstairs next to Eddie V’s and across from Fuse Workspace.
♥ Parking
Valentine’s traffic and dinner reservations make CityCentre especially busy. Please plan to arrive 20 to 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding the studio.
We are unable to hold sessions for late arrivals. With both studios fully booked, late arrivals will need to reschedule for another day.
Parking options include:
• Limited street parking throughout CityCentre
• Free garage parking — Garage 2 is closest to the studio
♥ Late Arrivals + Rescheduling
Because we are fully booked, reservations cannot be moved to another same-day session. No-shows, late arrivals, and late cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be credited.

♥ Additional Experience Information
Making pottery for the first time isn't easy but it is a fun way to spend time with your significant other, friends and family! Because pottery takes years to learn, your first project may not turn out exactly like you envisioned. In some cases, if too much water or not enough water is used, it can collapse. If your pottery does collapse, don't panic! You can request a do-over session after your experience.
Classes will feel like they are moving quickly, so make sure you pay attention and follow along with your instructors. Ask questions, and don't be afraid to ask for more hands on help OR less hands on help with your pottery! The instructors need you to tell them what you want or need during the session.
Please be prepared for waiting. There will be times when you are waiting for your class to start, waiting to wash your hands or waiting complete the firing request form. Pottery can take 2-3 weeks to dry and be fired.
DO NOT LEAVE without completing a Firing Request Form.
If you do not complete the form, you will not be able to pick up your pottery. The firing request form is the only way we can match your name and information to your pottery. You will receive an email when your pottery is ready, so please keep an eye on your inbox.
We will do our best to start classes on time but it is possible that classes will run over and your class may start a few minutes late. If you have activities planned after your experience, like dinner reservations, keep in mind you may need to allow an extra 30-45 minutes after your experience.
Please be patient with our team members as we do our best to keep the classes moving! We are looking forward to sharing this special day with you.

Wine, beer, champagne, cocktails. If you’re 21 or older, you’re welcome to bring it. Please bring valid ID and enjoy responsibly.
