If you've completed a Throwing Experience at our studio or have throwing experience from elsewhere, you're good to go!

During open studio sessions, we don't offer any instruction or assistance, so you are expected to know the basics.

During Open Studio Sessions, the choice is entirely yours! You have the freedom to select from any of the projects we offer or let your imagination run wild and create something entirely unique.

Our Open Studio Sessions are about one hour long and are geared towards intermediate potters who are looking for studio access.

Priced at $48 per session, this includes your studio time, clay, use of wheel and tools, and bisque firing of your finished piece.

Please note that these sessions do not include instruction; participants are accountable for adhering to safety guidelines and for cleaning the wheel and tools after use.

MAKING HANDMADE POTTERY TAKES TIME AND THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES!

It takes years to learn the art of handmade pottery. While we hope your finished project turns out exactly as you envisioned, there is no guarantee that your handmade pottery will make it through the entire process and/or result in what you set out to make.

Thick pottery may take longer to dry. Pottery that is too thick, too thin or constructed in a manner that creates stress during the drying or firing process may crack, break or explode. Pottery can take 2-3+ weeks to dry, prepare and bisque fire. You can monitor the status of on our website.
